THE PURPOSE OF THIS STATEMENT


The purpose of this page is to describe the website’s administrative procedures concerning the processing of its users’ personal data, which will be processed lawfully, fairly, relevantly and not excessively.

This statement is produced pursuant to art. 13 of Italian Legislative Decree d.lgs. WHERE DATA PROCESSING TAKES PLACE

The processing operations connected to the web services of this website take place at the aforementioned registered offices of HAPPY TIME SOLUTIONS SRL or at the provider of the Internet services and hosting/housing of our website and are carried out only by technical personnel of the Department in charge of processing, or by persons in charge of occasional maintenance operations.

Processing occurs by means of data storage in electronic archives whose access to the data is limited to maintenance procedures in compliance with the provisions in Annex B.

No data deriving from the web service is communicated or disseminated.

The subjects to whom the personal data refer are entitled, at any time, to obtain confirmation as to whether such data exist or not and to know their content and source, check their accuracy or request their integration, updating or correction (art. 7 of Legislative Decree d.lgs. No. 196/2003).

Pursuant to the same article, the data subject is entitled to obtain the erasure, anonymization or blocking of data that have been processed unlawfully and also to object in any case, for legitimate reasons, to their processing.
